Tom Roll
Chairman
Tom has spent the last 30 years in the Sterility Assurance market. While Acquisition Director for Warner-Lambert he initiated the acquisition of a small company in California called Asceptic-Thermo Indicators (ATI). Several years later, he was appointed President of ATI and ran it for six years until they were acquired first by PyMaH Corporation and then by 3M. With that experience Tom decided to start his own specialty company in the sterility assurance field and co-founded SteriTec Products in 1990.
Dale Schuster
President
Dale’s career has been centered in the technology field with extensive experience in software application development as well as domestic and international sales and marketing. Dale brings significant experience in global Sales, Marketing, and orchestrating business turn-arounds in a number of business sectors and markets. As President of SteriTec, Inc., Dale brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the sterility assurance market.
Lon Bruso
Vice President
Lon has over 35 years experience in sterility assurance products. He and Tom Roll started SteriTec Products Mfg. Inc. in 1990. Today, he oversees all Technology and Manufacturing Operations. Many of our products were invented by Lon, who holds eight patents. He is a technical expert for ISO TC 198 and AAMI healthcare standards development agencies. He is an international lecturer on sterility assurance.
Krissy Singleton
Research and Development Manager
Krissy has worked in scientific Research and Development for 10 years. She has significant experience in drug and medical device development in both academia and industry. She started with SteriTec in the summer of 2008. As the Research and Development Manager, she directs the activities and personnel of the Research and Development Department. Along with the design team, she develops and improves sterility assurance and cleaning assurance products for SteriTec.
Rachel Cagle
Operations Manager
Rachel started with SteriTec in February 2002 in the Packaging Department part-time, and then 1 year later moved up to full-time as a Customer Service Rep, eventually becoming the Customer Service Supervisor. In October 2007, she was promoted to Operations Manager, and now oversees all manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and inventory control.
Rael Reddick
Accounting Manager
Rael joined SteriTec Products Mfg. in May of 2001. She oversees all the financials for the company. Rael is also involved in all payroll functions and employee benefits.
Pamela Butler
Marketing & Customer Service Manager
Pam started consulting for SteriTec while living in St. Louis, MO. A year and ½ later, in 2006, she joined the company full-time. She is responsible for Marketing, Customer Service, and International Sales.
Jon Rutigliano
Director of Quality Assurance
Jon joined SteriTec Products Mfg. in March of 2011 as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems. Jon has 7 years of experience in clinical research involving the FDA regulated orthopedic devices.
Lori Schuster
Human Resources Manager
Lori joined SteriTec in 2009 and brings with her over 25 years of corporate, civic and executive administrative expertise. Her background also includes employee benefits as well as facilities management. As the Human Resources Manager, she is responsible for all personnel functions as well as Worker’s Compensation and OSHA compliance.
Chris Dudley
National Sales Director
Chris joined SteriTec in 2011. He leads the national sales team for SteriTec and brings significant industry expertise and sales management experience to our company. He is a current member of AAMI and a certified Sterile Processing Technician by CBSPD.
